Time: Check-in is after 3 PM.
Please let us know if you expect to
arrive after 6:30 PM.
Check-Out: Late check out of 1:00 PM is available if the room isn't
reserved, otherwise we ask guests to check out by 11 AM.
Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate our guests.
Minimum Stay: We gladly accept single night stays year round.
Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy and include our
delicious breakfast. All rates are subject to change without
notice.

start, we would be happy to provide a boxed meal, be
sure to let us know the night before.

Pets:
Although we are pet lovers, for the comfort of all of our guest

have chosen not to accommodate guests pets.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke, there
are seating areas on the south lawn to accommodate you.
Smoking inside the Inn will result in an immediate request
to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
Payment: We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
Reservations: Confirmations are by Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be
charged on the date of check in. If you pay cash, it is collected
at the time of check in. Reservations for large groups, holidays
and special events are charged a non-refundable fee of 50%
of room charges.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due for packages and groups (3 or more rooms).
Cancellation: Cancellations made with 7 or more days notice will be charged
6% of reservation amount for handling fee. Cancellations
within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the entire
reservation amount.
Security: Security is a concern for those using the internet, which is
why we are committed to providing you the safest experience
available online. We convey your personal information-name,
address, credit card number, etc.-through secure servers, which
are protected from third-party tampering. So any time you enter
personal or credit card information on our site, you can do so with
confidence. Nothing is more important to us than making sure

of our guests to any outside parties. We may use the address
or telephone number to contact you about your reservation.
